退款政策

We want you to love your Lunscent fragrance. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns on unopened, unused items in original packaging within 10 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at  Kaifang199508@outlook.com  with your order number.

Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll replace it at no extra cost. Please send us a photo of the item within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
